Inclusive Horizons

Improving the inclusion of physically and sensorially impaired youth across Europe

About our project

One project, five countries:

Across five European nations, Romania, Spain, Poland, Greece, and Belgium, our project is dedicated to the holistic inclusion of physically and sensorially impaired youth (PSIY). We drive change by focusing on three key pillars: digital accessibility, inclusive education, and employability. By equipping youth workers with specialized skills and providing families with actionable tools, we don’t just advocate for inclusion; we build the infrastructure for it. Our collaborative networking approach ensures these digital and social advancements are sustainable, creating a lasting professional legacy for PSIY across the continent.
